Eumundi market

Today we have been to Eumundi market. It´s a market outside Noosa every Wednesday and Saturday. Basically you can find almost everything here. I bought some necklaces and armbands and other different things.

A day at the Sunshine beach

Here I take a ride with my bodyboard. It is so warm, that I stay in the water all day.

This is the Sunshine Beach, where we are staying for the moment.

This evening we got a real thunderstorm. It was lightening and thunder, raining and storming all evening and night. Over 50.000 lost the electricity here in Noosa and Brisbane had it even worse, they got big ice ball falling down from the sky (hail) and a lot of trees falling over the roads.

Fraser Island

We have been on Fraser Island on a Safari tour with a 4WD bus, look!

Here i am standing in front of red Canyon at the  Teewah Coloured Sands, Cooloola national Park. The sand is red because of rost. The oxidation is about 40.000 years old. When you go down at the beach the sand is more beige/yellow.

To come out to Fraser Island, we had to take a car ferry direct from the beach. There was no harbor, no streets, just sand and water and this special ferry.

When arriving at Lake Makenzie, we saw a lizard in the sand.

Here we take a swim at lake McKenzie. The water is absolutely fantastic with a temperature of 24 degrees and all is raindrops.

This plant has been the same since the dinosauries walked on earth.

After a swim at the lake, we went an a walk in the jungle. The chauffeur told us that these trees could be as high as 40 meters. They used this kind of trees to build the Panama canal.

When driving back on the beach via Eurong and through Sandy forest tracks, we saw wild dingos at the beach. 

On this piece of wood, you can see a White breasted Sea Eagle.

Bye Sydney, Hello Noosa

After about an hour with the flight are we now in Noosa. A small city located on the sunshine beach about one and a half hour from Brisbane.

Not in Sydney

I am not in Sydney anymore i have moved up to hotell "La Mer" i am going to be here in 9 days "La Mer" is located between Brisbane and Noosa.
                                                                                                                                       

At the beach! YEAAAH!!!!

Now we have been in Sydney for about one and a half week. And the latest days we have been to several beaches....

Beach no 1: Manly Beach.

Beach no 2: Bondi Beach

Beach no 3: Balmoral Beach.

My favorite beach was Mably Beach, located at the Manley Island.

Jenolan caves

After Blue mountains we went to Jenolan caves, Australians moust famous and largest caves!

on a walk in the rainforest. We were not allowed to walk on the ground, insted we walked on a path built a bit above.

ZOO ISLAND

I have been on Toronga Zoo we took the boat there.
At the Zoo we for example met kangaroos and koalas.

I AM IN!!

I am in Australia now and it feels booth good and not good. Good because I have been on the plane for more than 20 HOURS! So it feels very, very good to get off! It is not good, why here in Australia we are 11 hours erlier. I am so tired now.....bye!
